It’s close to the NEGOMBO railway station and also the airport is 20mins away. The accommodation is basic but it makes sense to the price you pay. The owners are super friendly and kind and the breakfast is simple but worth the money you have paid.

Grateful to stay in Villa 163 before departing SriLanka. The hosts were very friendly and attentive. My room was clean, comfortable and cozy. I had a wonderful time here. A bonus is a close location from the Negombo train station. You can easily walk from there. Also to reach the airport is perfect. Thank you very much for your hospitality

Very friendly hosts, comfy bed and good location. Excellent value for money. Nice breakfast. Set back from the main road so pretty quiet. Parking for bikes with gate so nice and safe.
