Location was great, not far from the beach and town. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The owner was very friendly and gave us helpful tips and organised our taxi to the airport late at night.

Quiet, peaceful location very safe. Nice little pool to chill out by great breakfast idea place to stop in negombo. If ur heading to the airport close to beach

Everybody was very welcoming, we felt right at home. The apartment was basic but very comfortable and clean! Good breakfast and a big and relaxing pool to enjoy your time. We were there with our 3yo daughter and she especially liked the chickens that roamed free in garden.

Incredibly friendly n helpful people, gave us a warm welcome, local tips for food and helped with late check out. Enormous space - large bedroom and bathroom plus living room with amenities and a balcony! Super clean throughout, comfortable bed and good hot shower. Lovely pool and gardens, great location very close to beach and cafes etc, but quiet back road so very peaceful. Highly recommend, excellent value 😀
