Room 404 with balcony on 4th floor has great view of lagoon. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff helpful and carried luggage up to room. Busy coffee and pastries shop on ground floor.

Clean and well appointed room. Breathtaking balcony view of the lagoon. Hotel very well located and welcoming staff. And unlike other accommodations, the card activating the air conditioning can remain inside the room when you leave. After a day of walking, it's a real delight to come home cool...

Very good experience! Rajika, always there to help or advise with a smile and ampathy. A very well maintained reference accommodation in a very good location. The pastries are delicious. I will come back to spend my last night here in peace before taking the plane home.

We were able to book 4 double rooms last minute for our airport transfer. We required 2 rooms for 1 night and 2 rooms for 2 nights. Situated at the top of the lagoon with views of the fishing boats and St Mary's church. The staff were very helpful at check-in, provided a watermelon welcome drink, and then carried everyone's luggage up several flights of stairs. There is no elevator, so it may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties. We ordered dinner in the restaurant, and each portion was huge. Too much food, actually. The quality and flavours were excellent. You may want to consider sharing rather than waste food. You can take it away however if you want to. Only 2 of the party decided to have breakfast, which also seemed to just keep coming. Fruit juice, tea and/or coffee, choice of eggs, bratwurst sausage,tomatoes, french fries, toast butter and jam, and a muffin. Good value for Rp2000. Thank you to Ranjika for organising breakfast and airport taxis for the group this morning and for assisting me to connect to the various wi-fi networks available depending on which floor you are on. Good value all round for a lovely clean room with air conditioning. Towels, shower gel, shampoo, and hair dryer also provided. Tea/coffee making facilities in each room plus TV. Some areas of the hotel are still being refurbished but should look great when completed.
