Exceptional Cleanliness, one of the cleanest places in Negombo, host is friendly and very helpful. 30meters to the beach and all the restaurants at walking distance. facility is spacious with many living areas and outdoor lounges. they also provide ice bath facilities which is great with the summer temperature
