From the very beginning to the end we felt incredibly good. the food was delicious, the garden and pool were amazing, but the best part of the whole stay was the manager, the owner, and the entire staff. they treated us like princesses and we will remember this stay for a long time. this is how it should looks like, the best accommodation from the whole month-long trip to Sri Lanka!

I throughly enjoyed my stay at Steps! Nalaka and the team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The resort has great facilities, including a swimming pool and restaurant complete with a top tier chef. There’s also lots of cute animals which creates a unique experience and gives the resort character. Overall, I’d say it’s the perfect place to relax before/after a long flight.

We loved every aspect of Steps garden resort. So very glad that it was our first introduction to Sri Lanka and it has set the bar high. An outstanding effort by the owner Bernard and his wonderful staff. Swimming pool, restaurant on site, Airport pickup and breakfast included is such a bonus! Highly recommended Stay for more than 2 nights so you can relax in this tranquil oasis.

The entire setup with extremely professional. The gardens were beautiful. Rabbits and chicken and ducks roamed freely. Ponds and fruits trees everywhere. My room was a treehouse and was spotless and very comfortable
