Many thanks to Steps Garden Resort, where we had a wonderful stay. Our bungalow was surrounded by greenery, with a small terrace offering a lovely view of the pool and the restaurant area. Our 6-year-old child loved it. The place is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Negombo, but very easy to reach by transport, which is plentiful there. During our stay at Steps Garden, my wife had to be hospitalized, and my son and I were going back and forth between the hospital and the hotel. The entire staff took wonderful care of us. The owner even went to the hospital to help us communicate with the doctors, saying, “You are my guests — I will help you.” It is rare to find a team with such a strong sense of hospitality. Well done to them, and thank you

This is a beautiful resort. The garden is stunning, the pool is beautiful. Our room was clean, pretty basic with comfortable beds and AC. We had our last night here, so we used their airport transfer which is completely free.

We had an amazing stay at Steps Garden Resort for our last two nights in Sri Lanka. The hotel has a beautiful garden, a swimming pool and cute bungalows. The staff is so friendly, always around. The owner organised a cooking class in the hotel kitchen and we were the first clients to have a massage. (really nice) The food is really good. The free shuttle service a big plus. Thank you all for a great stay.
