“unforgettable stay with stunning views”

We had the pleasure of staying at Sea Breeze Heaven Residencies for two nights, and it was an incredible experience. The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning, the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The room quality is top-notch, and it was immaculately clean and comfortable. The service was exceptional as well. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious escape. Would definitely love to return.

The room was nice and spacious with a comfortable bed. The balcony had a good view of the beach. The gym was ok. We were very disappointed the pool was closed during our stay and we weren’t informed of this before booking.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely and cozy property! Just a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Negombo Beach, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing break. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming feel. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop pool, such a great place to unwind with a 360° view of the city and the sea. Whether you're here to explore or just relax, this place offers the best of both worlds. Highly recommended!
