The apartment is very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully arranged. It has a lovely sea view from the balcony, which gives a great sense of relaxation. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking, which is very convenient. The washroom is clean and tidy. The owner is friendly and made the check-in and check-out process very smooth. There is secure parking available on all three floors (1st, 2nd, and 3rd), which is a big plus. The rooftop has a pool with a stunning view — a great spot to unwind. Overall, this is a fantastic place with great value. It’s also located not far from Negombo beach. Highly recommended!

The apartment was great, clean and comfy. The hosts were always available and helpful. The location is perfect. The view from the pool is amazing but the pool needs some restoration, what apparently should take place soon. The gym has no machines and some of the weights are missing. Nevertheless I would definitely come again.

Nice studio apartment in front of the beach, swimming pool on the roof top was nice, very convenient location close to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this place if you are in negombo!
