I was looking for a budget accommodation to stay for a day in Negombo and I accidentally stumbled on this property, the hosts are very sweet and helped us with everything , they even let my friends stay with me for few hours for no extra charges , the beach is a stone throw away , and the neighborhood is also pretty quite and rooted , I had a comfortable sleep and the bathrooms are well maintained. Worth the money.

I arrived after travelling for 2 days, was ill and exhausted. I was given a friendly welcome and a glass of orange juice. I stayed for 2 nights to rest and sleep. Lovely bowl of fruit for breakfast with coffee, omelette and plenty of toast. It was exactly what I needed. Thank you 🙏🏾

Beautiful and clean guesthouse. Sebastian and his family are lovely and very helpful, pariticularly when we were organizing our trip. Delicious breakfast. We highly recommand you Mama Beach Villa
