Lovely owners who took good care of me. They even let me have late check out as a special favour (only because next guests were late check in). They are so kind. The breakfast was delicious! The room was clean and spacious. Well worth the money!

The family is extremely welcoming and very helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean. The only real problem was the size of the bed, which was extremely small — perhaps fine for shorter guests, but not for taller people like us. I am 1.70 m tall and unfortunately I didn’t fit in the bed. Also, the “double” bed was actually closer to a three-quarter size, so two people have very little space to sleep, especially if they are tall. The location is very convenient for the airport as it’s very close. However, since the windows are partially closed, it’s hard to sleep at night due to the noise from cars, people coming and going, and other street sounds. Apart from these issues, the room was very clean overall.

We stayed for one night before our journey back to the UK and were greeted with warm hospitality. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating — they let us extend our stay beyond the 10:30am check-out so my three year old could have a much-needed nap before our late evening flight. They also provided meals and drinks at a reasonable rate. The location itself is peaceful and scenic, tucked away on one of the nicest roads we’ve seen during our time in Sri Lanka. It’s also conveniently close to the airport, making it a perfect stop before departure or upon or arrival.

We stayed at Le Meridien BnB during our recent trip to Sri Lanka and it was such a great little find! The location is super convenient – just minutes from the airport – which made leaving early in the morning stress-free. Dennis is lovely and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and had everything we needed. They even helped us organise transport and offered a delicious dinner and tea before our flight. If you're looking for somewhere affordable, friendly, and easy near the airport, this is your spot.
