The location was amazing you could just walk out on the beach where there were a lot of restaurants and cafes. The staff was really nice and I met some amazing people there.

The staff were excellent, Washington the hotel manager, ordered us a taxi to the airport which arrived exactly on time and he arranged for us to have an early breakfast so we could eat before we left. The breakfast was ample and good value. Lovely to sit in the restaurant near the beach. The hotel is in a beautiful old Portuguese building and is right on the beach and an easy 30 minutes walk or 5 minutes Tut Tut to the centre of Negombo. It is good value.

Silver Sands is a great reliable place to stay, Washington is wonderful and the location is the best. You can't do much better in Negombo!!
