Great location close to beach and restaurants, and airport. Secure parking. Exceptionally clean, absolutely spotless. Lovely family (as usual in Sri Lanka), and the property was very well maintained (not usual in Sri Lanka unfortunately, from our experience during our month long holiday). Fantastic bathroom, enclosed shower with super hot water. Air conditioning, tv (didn't use), and extremely comfortable bed. Our flight wasn't until after midnight, so we were able to negotiate a super late checkout (after 7pm). Lots of space and very quiet. Good communication.

Perfect for one night stay if you arrive with a late flight. Room is spacious and the breakfast is generous. We organised the airport pick up from them and it was reasonably priced. The owner might ask you to buy some whisky duty free, we did , as a favour, and he paid us back no problems.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was clean and had absolutely everything you would need. The rooms are big and the hosts are also really nice. It’s also well located near the beach and some good restaurants. We’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Negombo
