The room boy is very good. He is very friendly with all guests and he made our rooms for comfort. AC is also in good condition. price is also affordable. I will stay there on my next visit to Negombo. There I found only a small issue with the bad smell of my room commode. I suggest using NaOH or other sanitary washing methods to remove it. However, I think the best place to stay for your vacation is Fionn's Coconut Beach house in Negombo. The only bad thing is Negombo street sea foods are so expensive.

Good location with a very short walk to the beach. Caretaker is nice, polite and helpful. Hot water, car parking space.

My stay here was very pleasant. It was possible to arrive at an inconvenient time. The room had all it needed, including fan and AC. It was very clean, too. The staff was really friendly and helpful, whenever needed. The location is amazing - lots of restaurants, quiet and right at the beach. Can absolutely recommend this place!
