We chose this hotel as it was very near to Kochi airport (about 10 mins walk). And the price was very good for the location. The staff, the room, kettle inside, tea bags coffee and creamer, all items were provided. The room was very clean, including the bed sheets, towel and the bathroom. The team was very courteous and friendly. From Airpot Shuttle bus connecting to metro is available as well. Around 5 mins walking in both directions ample restaurants (veg - Sarvana Bhavan) and non veg (multiple) are available. Overall a very good choice for a short stay near airport.
