This property in Greece exceeded all my expectations! It was incredibly cozy, spotless, and beautifully designed. The atmosphere made me feel right at home, and every detail was well thought out. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa, surrounded by a stunning courtyard shaded by olive trees and just a short walk from the sea. The area is more quiet and very relaxing. The apartment was spotless, spacious, tastefully decorated, and featured a lovely terrace, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. Mariya is an exceptional host - warm, thoughtful, and genuinely attentive to her guests’ needs. Her passion, care, and artistic flair are visible in every detail of the house and garden, from the hand-painted decorations to the charming personal touches and thoughtful gifts. Thank you for everything, Mariya - we’re already looking forward to coming back! ❤️

Maria's Art Living is located on the west side, south of the Kassandra peninsula in Chalkidiki. This corner of the peninsula is much quieter than the east side. So if you want a somewhat quieter, more relaxed vacation in Chalkidiki, then this is definitely the place for you. We had a wonderful time there as a family with two children (aged 11 and 13), discovered great beaches, and went on lots of excursions. The accommodation is beautiful, with great attention to detail. Everything is very well maintained and you feel completely at home. The beds and mattresses are new and modern. Maria, the hostess, is a wonderful, creative, and very warm person. She knows Chalkidiki very well and, as a local, can give you lots of helpful tips. We had a wonderful time as a family, felt very comfortable, and would travel there again anytime.
