The apartment is perfectly located in the center of Nea Skioni, just a one-minute walk from the beach, restaurants, and markets. It is clean, and fresh sheets and towels are provided every three days. The place is quiet, and the owner is very kind and always available to help with anything you need.

The accommodation is well-designed and maintained! Everything is spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable! The location is perfect- just a short walk to the sea, shops and restaurants! A special mention goes to Nikos, our very kind and gentle host!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Maresol in Nea Skioni! The property is beautifully maintained and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. What we loved most was the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and location. The house is tastefully decorated with a modern yet cozy feel, and it was spotless when we arrived. The outdoor space was a real highlight – ideal for morning coffee or evening dinners with a sea breeze. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and thoughtful touches throughout the home that made our stay extra special. The beach is just a short walk away, and the peaceful neighborhood gave us the tranquility we were looking for. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking to unwind in beautiful Halkidiki. We would definitely come back again!
