One of the staff members, who was present when I checked out, was extremely friendly, helpful and polite. He went out of his way to make up for the fact that one of my receipts had been thrown away. The other staff members were not always that helpful.

The staff were very friendly and so helpful. We asked for a scale to measure our luggages and they took us to their kitchen where they have a proper scale. The food was delicious and had a variety on each day at breakfast.more over you can ask for anything which is not in the breakfast buffet and they don’t charge for that. Room was cleaned everyday and safety is 100%. If you are traveling to Navi Mumbai, this is the place.
