The owner and his family were really helpful and welcoming, it's a great base for exploring Co. Meath and we were there for 3 days. It's really tucked out of the way, and backs onto farmland. Large and spacious inside, some may say old fashioned, but we found it very comfortable, big comfy sofas, and the main bedroom has an enormous, very comfortable double bed. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, which was very handy. The kitchen is a great space with plenty of crockery etc, and it was great to have some tea and coffee things available in the cupboard before we'd had a chance to get any groceries. There is a good sized fridge-freezer. There is also plenty of information about the local area, which we found very useful. Neither of us have a TV, so it was a treat to enjoy a film on the one there. Would definitely stay on a future visit.

Convenient to Athboy Karting track. Clean and comfortable but unfortunately heating was broke.

The host was helpful and provided us with the alternative heaters as the "central heating" did not work. Parking was by the door. There were quite comfortable bed and lounge.
