First and foremost, I believe it is incorrect to call this place a "3 star hotel". They have minimal facilities, even their good rooms on the 3rd floor are extremely small and lack basic amenities such as one chair, a place to open your suitcase and basic soap to wash. There is not even a real faucet in the bathroom sink, more like this autostop faucets that run out of water after 6.5 seconds. The place is old and needs facelifting, they do not change towels and sheets every day. Breakfast is nice and the people at the front desk are hospitable. Location is also very good. However, do not trust their travel recommendations. They recommended to us a "reliable company" that turned out to be 30 percent more expensive in booking regular common tours and 40 percent more expensive in booking a private car - a substantial difference by any standard. Luckily we suspected some foul play, double checked and found out the truth. We also found their room rate to be expensive compare to what you get in return.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, and exceptionally good breakfast. The place does create a sense of a home away from home. Rooms are clean and well-kept, and everything worked as it should.
