The hotel was so crowded for the first three days, I've never been to a hotel with so many people. On arrival we queued for one hour to check in. For breakfast we had to wait outside because the restaurant was full. When we ordered food from the outside grill for dinner we had to wait an hour for the food to be delivered to our table. The hotel was majority Filipino families with young children and was very noisy and not at all relaxing. The lady who checked us in was very nice and upgraded us to a nice room with balcony and sea view. We would have left after a day if she hadn't allocated us such a nice room.

Front beach access and big swimming pools. The staff are hospitable. The Executive room is spacious with balcony and a place to dry your clothes.

Room size, cleanliness of the room, toiletries. Korean food is ok.
