This place was beautiful at one time. At this point it requires some updating. The fridge leaked, handle came off the door., bed was old and uncomfortable., tub stained, chipped tiles etc. The space was very good and an exceptional view of the ocean and small beaches. With improvements the place would be excellent.

Large space, two bedrooms, large kitchen and a dining area, pretty clean. Has bed for 5 people. Has washer and dryer that helped my stay. Has a balcany and see the ocean on it. Feet away to ocean in the back yard. Price was acceptable in that area, traveling to Nassau is expensive in general.

The apartment was perfect, fantastic views, great feel to it, the location was brilliant for us, out of town but with enough places to eat within walking distance. 5 min walk from Sandyport beach, which was our go to. The property manager was so lovely, always on hand to help, organising taxis etc... The communication from the property owner was really good with recommendations. We feel very lucky to have been able to stay here.

Although the unit itself was well loved; if you are looking to get away from being a tourist and living more like a local, stay here. We liked the location, sunset views, hammocks and picnic tables, bus stop located nearby (we used the bus a lot), close restaurants (in walking distance), car rental near, marine life in the cove (we saw a shark at sunset), local fish to buy on the beach beside, quiet inside the unit (aside from road noise), friendly host, cleaning the outdoor shared spaces and amenities to cook your own meals.
