All the staff in both night and day shift were extremely polite and helpful...Accidently we booked 2 rooms for 3 adults as we were un aware about its service apartments...He made it as 1 room and helped us around...Thank you so much !!!

The Hotel location is good, Staff was quite Cooperative, Has clean rooms, washrooms and Linen. However I needed good Internet facility for work and it was not stable. Hotel can improve in that area.

The rooms were quite spacious. The air conditioning was great. The breakfast was delicious. The lady prepared the items hot just when we reached the dining table. It was tasty too. The bathroom fittings were working properly.

Everything went very smoothly right from booking to checkout. Rooms are very beautiful with interesting notes placed in the room. Staff was outstanding, everyone talking well and always ready to solve any problem faced by guests. Morning breakfast at the terrace is like a cherry on top of this property and should not be missed by anyone.

The breakfast spread was good. Timings can not be from 8.30am. They have to see persons have to leave by 8 am. They should be serving starting at 7.30 am as they have displayed.
