The place has a lot of space and has a well equipped kitchen, the fans are really good to keep the place cool as well. The location is great, it's a bit of a long walk to the city center but doable, otherwise it's well connected to the bus lines. I think it's a fair price for what it is!

Great apartment very comfortable had everything we needed all with quality comforts , good bed linen and towels etc The location was great nice residential are very peaceful and not too far by Uber to broadway ($ 8to 9).

The location was perfect, we could walk everywhere. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable.

Really enjoyed our stay here, it was clean & the facilities were good.The bed was very comfortable, probably some of the most restful sleep on our trip.The attention to detail was fantastic, they provided snacks on the coffee table,full coffee pods etc which was greatly appreciated & a lovely gesture,they didn't have to do that.It was in a great location,very safe & relaxed with cafes & live music venues,particularly Bobby's Idle Hour, which the locals use & worth a visit. It was just a short taxi drive to the centre of Nashville although we did walk a couple of times to Broadway, so is doable. The communication was good regarding entrance instructions to the property & sorting anything out.The music related pictures set the ambience of the apartment & surrounding area. Surrounding residents seemed friendly enough & helpful.
