The comfortable mattress was a great respite for us travellers who were extremely tired after a long road journey. The water in the shower was sufficiently warm as well. The shampoo and gel bottles were empty , and the towels could have been thicker and better. There were no toiletries provided except for the hand wash soap bar, which was useless.the housekeeping staff was very polite. The buffet breakfast was amazing, as was the restaurant staff.They had a good variety of items on the table from idlis to chhole bhature to misal pav and pineapple sheera. The sheera was simply yum. One of the staff members I spoke at the restaurant was from Jhansi and said he had been working with the same group for more than 7 years. That's enough to tell about the humane culture they have for their employees.

I was stranded in Nashik with vehicle breakdown with my wife and kid and decided to reach The One around 4pm in the afternoon. Rakesh at the reception was extremely helpful in getting us a good deal and the process was butter smooth. Housekeeping staff was extremely sweet especially Shubham who was ever smiling and ready to help! Santosh and Tejinder who were later at the desk were extremely amazing at letting us stay extra time at no cost... as my car had not yet come back from repairs and we had no option but to wait. Car breakdowns in an unknown City with family can be stressful, but the Staff and Management at the one made it supremely comfortable for us. I will come again with my Family again soon for a holiday to The One Nashik! Great Experience!! 👍🏾😊
