So convenient to Narita airport. And the shuttle bus was very convenient and punctual. The beds were very hard though and not a good nights sleep. Breakfast was great, but crowded, but you get that in the big cities.

It is an olg hotel which needs a renovation in the rooms. The room had a very small window, the breakfast was good for the ones who is looking for a Japanese’s meal, but I guess there are many tourists and guests that miss more icontinrntal itens. Some people were not very friendly at the reception, formal but not friendly like other hotels I stayed in JP. The location is perfect but that the only great point, and it does not offer amenities in the rooms,. You catch’s some very ordinary items downstairs They say they clean the rooms, but they change towels and throw the garbage. That”s all. It means: nothing I was very disappointed but it was my choice and next time I will look for more information!!!
