All was perfectly comfortable and well organized, clean. Very practical shuttle service from and to the airport. The adaption I requested for my MSG allergy was really cared for, all the safe options were verified and pointed and I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast and the caring staff member who accompanied my breakfast. Really appreciated !

Free shuttle from the airport Narita very friendly staff, and the opportunity to buy some snacks at the convenience store even on nighttime (Jetlag) You can change foreign currencies into Japanese Yen with very fair rates
