The hotel have free shuttle bus to Aeon and from/to Narita Airport which is very convenient for those guest who want to have a good rest nearby airport. Staff very friendly 🫶

We had our Japanese friend who lives in Tokyo recommend this hotel to us. After a long flight landing in Japan, it was great to be able to relax at the onsen. My boyfriend has a small tattoo on his waist and when we inquired about him covering it up they said it was fine for him to go in as-is. The price is amazing for the utilities provided, and the onsen of course too! Family Mart is on the main level of the hotel, so a conbini is readily available. Seven Eleven is a short walk away as well - the hotel staff warned us to be careful due to the lack of pedestrian walkways. There is also a hotel shuttle from Narita airport, so having that transport arranged was one less thing to worry about landing in Japan. Altogether, Narita Art Hotel was a lovely introduction to our first night in Japan.
