The hotel was clean and well-equipped, offering a comfortable and convenient stay. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful amenities provided, including pyjamas, slippers, earplugs, and a toothbrush with toothpaste. The capsule itself was spacious and even featured a dimmer switch for the light, allowing for a more customizable and relaxing atmosphere. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the locker was impressively large—easily accommodating a decent-sized suitcase and a big backpack. Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t be more convenient—it’s just across from the terminal. To get there, simply take the bridge toward the parking area and follow the clearly marked signs for 9hours. Overall, a great choice for travelers looking for comfort and efficiency!

Easy to find, and a great explanation the setup and processes on arrival. For a solo traveller looking to lie down before an early train out of Tokyo, this is hard to beat - even for a large person ( I weigh 250lb, 6’3” and had no issues with the size of the pods.

Location is fantastic if you have an awkward flight time, capsules are neat and quite private for a shared space. Lockers and amenities are quite good overall, and the price is really good.

The convenience and being given all that was needed so I didn't have to unpack anything was soo good. Lovely and quiet, and slept. Staff were very helpful
