The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.Guests who plan to check-in after 20:00 must notify the property directly in advance. Reservations for guests who do not arrive by 20:00 and do not notify the property in advance may be treated as a no-show and cancelled.Please note only small luggage can be stored at the on-site luggage storage space. Large luggage including suit cases and ski/snowboard equipment need to be stored at the airport's storage.Guests who are staying more than 1 night must check out and re-check in every day. Lockers and capsules will be assigned daily for cleaning purpose.Please note that the property does not have a restaurant. Breakfast is served at a different location. For more information, please contact us directly.Please note this property cannot be used for guests on transit to another international flight currently since it is not located in the transit area.

This is my second time staying at 9h, and I must say the location is very convenient if you have an early flight. The place is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. A small improvement could be made to the ventilation in the capsule, as it felt a bit warm.

The capsule hotel was a cool experience, but mainly it was super handy for getting an early flight out of Tokyo the following morning. Myself and my partner were happy enough to be separated after two weeks travelling in Japan - a break from one another! We arrived late, but had notified the staff that we would require a late check in and they were super obliging. The place is very clean and you have everything you need - they give you PJs, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste and there is shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower rooms. The shower rooms are large and clean and the shower was good and powerful. There is also self care kits you can get for an extra payment, with face wash etc but I didn't avail of this. There is also ear plugs available - see my negative points below for relevance. The locker to put your bag in is quite large and there is a tray for your shoes. The capsule itself is clean and the light can be dimmed to any level you wish.
