Beautiful, new, clean, and quiet apartment including a huge nice terrace with lemon, orange and peach trees! The information and pictures on booking do reflect reality. The apartment has everything one could possibly need, lots of coffea, coffea machine, dishwasher, large refrigerator, washing machine, iron, floor heating and airconditioning etc. The bed is very comfortable. The location in a nice authentic neighborhood is totally central, within a short walking distance to Via Toledo, Spaccanapoli, Funicolare Montesanto, and Metro Piazza Dante. The owner is very friendly and accomodating and always reachable. We had a great time and would even give a rating > 10.

Enrico is an amazing host - very friendly and very helpful! It was great meeting him. He provided clear instructions, good restaurants recommendations and helpful advice in general. The accommodation is great - well equipped, very clean, everything works. There is a lift, so no need to worry about stairs. Very good location , it is near Montesanto and Dante stations. Restaurants and markets are nearby. It is walking distance from the old town and Spanish quarter. We like the area - you are living with the locals which was interesting to see and experience. The area feels safe.
