The staf is very friendly, helpful and accessible. We needed to leave our luggage and we could leave them in our room after check out and pick it up in the evening. The luggage was brought to reception for us. The room is spacious, there were more than enough towels. The furniture is new (almost everything IKEA). We booked this last minute because the price was sharp.

The hotel is in a great location close to the centrale train station. The rooms are large, basic, and clean. The owner has worked hard to turn a beautiful old Napoli building into good tourist accommodation. The breakfasts have all you need to eat on the go, and the staff member serving was pleasant and welcoming.

Location. Although near the train station is abit more dodgy but overall is good. Staff is good and friendly and there’s a cute golden retriever welcoming u at the lobby. Super cute.
