Host was very helpful as we could not get air conditioning to work at first and was very quickly resolved. Communication with him was excellent too! The location was ideal as we went to see Lost in Wonderland exhibition.

The staff is friendly, the location is convenient and near the embankment. Near the metro, trains and funicular you can reach the city center and Pompeii. This area is much cleaner compared to the center.
