Check-in and communication with Flaviano was very easy, all conveniently done through Whatsapp. Once we had confirmed the booking, Flaviano sent plenty of information of the area and additional options he provided (airport pickup, etc) Alberto, Flaviano's father, led us to the room which was in a nearby building. The room we had was a little apartment. nice, clean and comfortable. Alberto showed us there were some drinks in the fridge and some wine on the table, along with some other croissants and the like, all for free. That was a very nice touch as we were not expecting this! (My wife said the wine was very very nice). Alberto also handed my son a packet of jellies so he was delighted with that also! Water pressure in the shower was good once we figured it out. Beds were very comfortable, air con was easy to control. One air con unit in bedroom, one in the main living room so that was great. The room/area seemed quiet, we were not disturbed throughout or stay. Flaviano also followed up during our stay asking if we needed anything which was also a nice touch. The location is very handy. its very close to some very nice restaurants and sights worth visiting. Theres lots of little shop units on the street worth taking a wander into very close to the property.

The room was very spacious. The location is near to the port and other important places. I was met at the door with Federica who is Flaviano’s collaborator and she was very welcoming. She answered all our questions and gave us information about the neighbourhood and how to get to the port. She is very friendly and helpful. For anyone looking rooms in Naples, I recommend this place.

Lovely clean and tidy accommodation! Spacious and fully furnished. Flaviano was a great host who provided lots of information about the city. Alberto his father was there to check us in - although we couldn’t speak Italian, he very friendly and welcoming! Highly recommended 😊
