We had a great start with 2 children. The room was very well proportioned, a really comfortable bed and the room was spotlessly clean on arrival. During our stay the room was kept to the same standard with regular towel changes. Breakfast was nice too.

As someone who travels frequently and has worked extensively in the hospitality and tourism industry, I can confidently say that Napoli Class exceeds expectations. The rooms are exactly as described immaculately maintained and in pristine condition. Breakfast is simply outstanding.
