All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Check-in is fully automated and allows guests to access the property independently.After 8:00 PM, it will still be possible to enter using the automatic system; however, any requests for in‑person assistance or intervention by our staff will incur an additional fee of €30, to be paid directly to the staff member.Please note that after 8:00 PM, any malfunctions of the home automation system (for example: loss of internet connection, failure of the electronic door-opening device, or other technical issues)cannot be fixed immediately and will not be attributable to our responsibility.Therefore, if the guest is unable to access the property — even after a possible staff intervention — the reservation may be considered a no-show, with no right to a refund.After 11:00 PM, in‑person assistance cannot be guaranteed.
