Our stay in Naples was overall very pleasant, and the hotel offered a reliable base for exploring the city. Here is a breakdown of our experience: The Highlights The standout feature of the hotel was definitely the room. It was exceptionally spacious and sparkling clean, which we truly appreciated after long days of walking. What really made a difference, however, was the comfort level: Heating: The room remained consistently warm and cozy throughout our stay. Hot Water: There was always plenty of hot water with great pressure, which isn't always a given in older city buildings! Location The location is very convenient. It served as a great starting point for our daily excursions, making it easy to navigate the vibrant (and sometimes chaotic!) streets of Naples. Breakfast If there is one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast. We found the selection to be average and a bit uninspired. However, there was one saving grace: the Cappuccino. It was surprisingly excellent and definitely the highlight of our mornings. Overall: A solid choice for those prioritizing comfort, cleanliness, and warmth.

The suite was beautiful, it was very close to the bay, restaurants and cafes and a short and easy walk from the metro. Claudia the host was very helpful and gave great advice

Loved the room. Only a short walk to Metro line 2. Also, just a short walk to a small beach. The room was clean, and cool when we arrived, which was really nice given that it was 34 degrees Celsius outside.

Breakfast is really good for getting you ready for your day, Claudia is incredibly responsive and always keen to help and go above and beyond, and the room itself is really nice with incredible high ceilings. The beds are comfy and the shower was really powerful, which was perfect to refresh after such a hot day. The location is also great, Mergellina is as close to calm as you can get in central Naples and the beach front is only 2 mins walk.... I will definitely be staying here again
