The service was impeccable, the relais provided all the information necessary to enable my staying, the room was spotless and stylishly furnished,the location was ideal for exploring the centre. Breakfast was good, satisfying.

The location is perfect – right in the heart of Naples. Our room was lovely, with a balcony facing the street, and even though it's a busy area, the soundproofing was excellent. The lobby and breakfast room are beautiful and really highlight the charm of the historic building. Breakfast was excellent, with a rich and varied selection. The staff were very kind and helpful, offering great tips on what to see and do, and even helped us book taxis.

The staff was very polite and helpful. They texted me all the details in advance and waited for us to check in. I believe they do their best to welcome you and for u to feel comfortable! They also gave us a free upgrade to a larger room! The hotel is part of an old building in the center of Naples. So in order to get it, It has a big gate that stays open until 7 but then you have to get in through a very small door ( door like 1.50 cm tall) by entering a password. Then you get in, there is an elevator that does to the 3rd floor where the reception is. The elevator needs coins to work but works fine! Our room was on the fifth floor. It was clean overall but the bathroom had a bad smell. Also , in the night you could hear weird noises from the pipes… It is great to stay there but if you are claustrophobic it won’t be a pleasant stay.
