We were greeted by the hotel manager Massimiliano when we arrived quite late & he helped us to the hotel, as well as walked us to a local restaurant we had found to grab a late dinner. With two gluten free guests, breakfast was adapted to our needs, which was just fabulous, and the normal breakfast of flavoured cream filled croissants was devoured by the rest of our party. The beds were SO comfy, the hotel spotless & location fabulous for visiting Naples, Pompei & Sorento. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, a real gem.

Massimiliano and Maria are great hosts. They went the extra mile for everything to make our stay perfect. The room has everything you need. The breakfast is basic Italian breakfast but comes to your room. The bed was very conformable for me though this can be very personal.

We had a wonderful stay at Napoli City Rooms! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The host was incredibly helpful, taking the time to share fantastic local recommendations for restaurants, cafés, and places to visit nearby. It really made a difference to our trip, as we got to experience some amazing spots we might not have found on our own. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is also excellent; convenient for exploring Naples and close to transport to get to the Airport. Overall, a great experience with warm hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples!
