This place is okay for a one-night stay—convenient if you just need something close to the center. The staff welcomed us kindly upon arrival, which we appreciated. I accidentally left a personal item behind and emailed them the next day. They replied quickly at first, which was great. However, when I asked if it was possible to have the item shipped back (at my own expense), I never received a response. That lack of follow-up was disappointing. Overall, a decent spot for a short stay, but the communication could be improved.

The location is perfect, with a short walk to both major stations in Naples. The accommodation was easy to find and check-in went smoothly. The room was very clean and, although I didn't use it, it was nice to have the option of free cereal, croissants and coffee in the common area.

Firstly the location was very good . It was near the metro and train station so it was easy for us to find them and transport quickly. The room was very clean and also the stuff cleaned our room every day safely. Also it had a pre-room with breakfast stuff to start our day . The owner answered very quickly and helped us with the check in and with our accomodation. I suggest to all people that want to send some days in Napoli .

A good bed, quiet and dark room: if I didn't have to wake up early I would have slept until late. As soon as we got in we lay down for a bit and fell asleep instantly for a long nap :) Air conditioning working perfectly! The host that helped us at the property, Francesco, was truly a great and nice guy. I believe he could work for a 5 star hotel. Location! We were a few minutes away from quite a few great restaurants, and if you're traveling, from the train station, circumvesuviana and Airport shuttle (right outside the station)
