Mari was such a wonderful host and I cannot thank her enough for going the extra mile and picking up the best gluten free croissant for my coeliac son, it was very much appreciated. The 'normal' filled croissants we were provided (as we had to leave before breakfast), were exceptional too. We stayed as a family of 4 for one night, our room was huge! It had everything we needed. I wasn't sure what to expect with so many negative comments about the lift, but we had no issues at all, it does exactly what it needs to do and we were provided with 20c coins to use in it - although my son much preferred to run down the stairs.

The staff were amazing and very accommodating, the room was very comfortable as a base and situated in a great location very close to the Spanish Quarter

Central location, close to good restaurants and places of interest. Comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Very warm, friendly and helpful staff.
