Everything was very good. Umberto was very helpful, in particular since Booking com screwed up the entire booking and failed to assist in rectifying the mistake. Reservation for the b&b was duplicated, how this happened I do not know, thus 2 rooms were booked. I informed immediately booking com in Berlin and told them to cancel the second reservation. They replied they could not do it, I had to get in contact with the owner of the b&b, since he had to cancel it. The last mail from me was 'How do I do it?' but never got a reply. Once I arrived at the B&B, two rooms were reserved and Umberto told me that he cannot cancel it, it was Booking com who had to do it, but they failed to do anything. My daughter was then able to take the room, but I had to pay her B&B for €231,00, which she had booked, since we did not need 3 rooms. Booking com is a disaster, no service, typically American business model.

The B&B is in the heart of the historic centre, right next to Spaccanapoli, and really close to the Duomo, Via S. Gregorio Armeno and all the other attractions of the area. The metro station is less than 5 minutes away and the train station is a 15-minutes-walk. The room was spacious and very clean, with a daily cleaning service. Umberto, our host, was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was included in our room price and it was very nice, served at a nearby bar with a good variety of pastries and coffee/tea to choose from.

Great location in the centre of Naples old town great foe sight seeing. Breakfast up the road in a nice cafe. The room was very quiet when the balcony doors closed , nice comfy bed. Useful shared kitchen area. Pizza 1906 across the road is amazing

Umberto - our host was excellent. Due to train strike in Italy we had to make alternative travel arrangements, Umberto was very helpful in accommodating our change of travel plans The B&B is located close to Historical area and lots of restaurants.
