The fine print
There's always somebody at reception til 4pm, except bank holiday. All requests for arrivals after 16:00 hours must be communicated to the property to allow self check-in.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Perfect for a city break in Naples. Lovely comfortable apartment, very good breakfast and Gisella provides fantastic front of house service.

We stayed in Suite 505 in April 2025. The location is very good, with a metro stop at the front door. The hotel is in a historic building, the entrance to which appears untidy and access is via a very small lift. The facilities in our suite were first class - very modern, tastefully furnished with a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was very spacious with a shower, separate bathtub, twin hand basins and a bidet. Our Suite had a large tv which swivelled round so you could watch in bed or from the separate lounge area. The front desk is operational 8am to 4pm daily and we found Gisella very welcoming and gave lots of helpful information. You can also contact Gisella by WhatsApp which we found helpful. Breakfast was good, and although the selection was modest, the quality was high.
