Everything was fine. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The location was very good, close to the centre of Naples.

The location was pretty good. Close to a subway station, but if you were feeling like walking to the touristic spots, you could do that as well. The room was clean and comfortable. It had 2 floors, and although the stairs were steepy, which I knew, this wasn't an issue. The wifi worked very nicely!!

The room was large with a comfortable bed, it was made up and the bathroom cleaned daily. They went over and above for check in, I arrived in Naples very early, they were able to make the room available to me before 11! Really helped!
