Excellent communication with Antonella, who was a perfect host. She checked to make sure everything was ok and asked what time would be good to clean the room. She was more than happy to answer any questions we had. The room was so clean and tidy and cleaned every day to a high standard. There was a coffee machine with biscuits and even toothbrushes in the bathroom if you forget your own. Excellent location on one of the mains streets. We arrived late just before midnight but Antonella had left clear instructions on how to enter the building and the room with codes, which was very easy to do. Thank you so much for our fantastic experience, we will definitely book again if we come to Naples.

The room was very clean and spacious! Being in such a busy area it was extremely soundproof with the window closed which helped with a great night sleep. Beds were comfortable and shower was great too.

The hotel is right in the center of Toledo street, near by everything you need including metro. The staff is very nice
