The host was very good — supportive, responsive, and prompt in addressing any requests or issues. The location is extremely convenient, right near the central station, which made it easy to get around. However, the surrounding street was a bit messy and not very clean, though that seems to be typical for the whole area. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, and the cleaning service was satisfactory. The host was also willing to accommodate special requests, which I really appreciated. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent support from the host.

Booked this room for 4 nights. The hosts were very helpful with providing airport transfer info before arrival. When we met in person for the keys delivery the host was very friendly, although he explained everything in Italian. The room is at a very good location, near the central station. It's very convenient to get the bus, metro or train from there. Also there are some kebab, coffee shops and mini markets very close for eating and drinking. The room was cleaned every day and new towels were being provided. There was plenty of space for our things and the bed was comfortable. The shower and toilet was outside at main corridor, but was only being used by us. The shower is very narrow, but there was plenty of hot water and with good pressure. There is a common kitchen available at the main corridor, although could be busy if other tenants want to use it too.
