The Ninarrella room was spacious and clean. The room is on the main road, but with the windows closed the soundproofing is excellent. We didn't need to use the city transport, we explored the city on foot. The staff is friendly and helpfull. It was a nice gesture to find drinking water in the fridge. Tnx Arianna and Ciro (if I remembered your name correctly). We would definitely stay there next time. Greetings from Croatia!

The apartament was nice, with new furniture and very clean. I could have a self check in which is an advantage. The host was always in contact with me asking if I need something. The location is close to the center, it has shops and restaurants near by. It felt very safe too.

The location of this place is really nice. It is close to the Napoli Centrale station. You can walk to it, but with luggage it is complicated. We traveled with one kid, we normally took taxi (around 10EUR). The room was very clean and comfortable. The personnel was amazing, they were very kind to us, they explained everything, and were available to support our queries. On the day of the check out, they offer to keep our luggage after check out time. It was a great option to have. They offer snacks and bottles of water. 10 out of 10. I strongly recommend this place.

It is located in a great location - both safe, well communicated with public transportation and close to major sites - MANN and Capodimonte. Room overall has all you need for a comfortable stay. Bed is big and comfortable, the AC works fine and the bathroom is spacious and practical. Staff was super kind and reaching out to make sure everything was fine - since my landing, till departure.
