Very friendly and helpful customer service (Arianna, hope the bane us correct, was very friendly abd helpful). The location is good and close to metro and bus stops. The room was comfortable and clean, spacious bathroom. Also, there was a common area with snacks to eat and a coffee maker. Everything went smoothly.

The apartment was spotless clean and very comfortable. My room was spacious with a beautiful view of the garden from the balcony. The bathrooms were big and modern. There was a fridge in the room and a kettle, as well as a safe. The bed was big and very comfortable. The common kitchen was fully equipped and always stored with breakfast goods. It is a great value for money and I highly recommend it. It was effortless to get to the main railway stations and to the metro stations which could take you to the port and ferries. The supervising personnel. Adrianna was extremely helpful and friendly. She let me leave my luggage until the late afternoon. It was extremely helpful.

This is an amazing place to stay! Close to everything and also so comfortable. I loved the bedroom and In particular the spacious bathroom and wonderful shower. Also I really appreciated the complimentary water and coffee provided. The staff are so nice and go above and beyond to make you enjoy your stay. Highly recommend!
