The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Only a 3 minute walk to the central station and buses. There were plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes.

The location is central, in front of Piazza Garibaldi and at walking distance to the central station and public transport. Optimum location to travel out and inside the city. In spite of police presence in the Piazza, there were few times mainly in the evenings when walking alone felt unsafe. The breakfast was good, with healthy options and some variety.

Just near the train station so the position was great. A little hard to find as the hotel was hidden behind large doors in a very busy area. We were upgraded to a larger room with the biggest bathroom I've ever see.🙂The included breakfast was bought to our room each morning - plenty to choose from. Lovely staff. The streets outside the hotel were lined with small restaurants and many other shops. Naples is dynamic - grungy near the Train station but we still felt safe and very upmarket in other areas. Easy to walk anywhere.
