Just near the train station so the position was great. A little hard to find as the hotel was hidden behind large doors in a very busy area. We were upgraded to a larger room with the biggest bathroom I've ever see.🙂The included breakfast was bought to our room each morning - plenty to choose from. Lovely staff. The streets outside the hotel were lined with small restaurants and many other shops. Naples is dynamic - grungy near the Train station but we still felt safe and very upmarket in other areas. Easy to walk anywhere.

The staff were really nice and helpful The breakfast was good. The best pastries in Re Diego better than the shop. Overall very confortable. Jovanni was such a pleasant and great personality., and very helpful

Great location — the historic center and the Latin Quarter are within walking distance, and the train station nearby makes it easy to reach other attractions. The balcony offered a beautiful view of Mount Vesuvius and the station square. The room was cleaned every day, everything was tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was served right in the room at a convenient time (from 8 to 10), which was a lovely way to start the day with a city view. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again!

You can reach the hotel flat very easily, no Whatsapp complicated instructions. The old fashioned elevator was fascinating. The receptionist was at the hotel entrance and was polite and friendly. He later brought me the breakfast meal of the next morning because I scheduled to leave early. The keys are perfect compared to those strange Gothic keys of lodges in the past two weeks in Italy.TV is very wide and shows ordinary channel plus net TVs. Also cleaning ladies are attractive Italians in black costumes.
