It is accessible by lift so it is quite easy for us to reach while with huge suitcase.

-excellent location ,central and on a main street so not difficult to find or feel unsafe going back to . -immaculately clean . -comfortable bed with lovely crisp bed sheets. -lots of hot water -kettle and refrigerator -prompt help via what's app for challenges with door -regular what's app messages and phone calls to see if I was ok -daily tidy and restocking of room quiet as overlooking a minor street
