The staff was one of the worst, never smile, even i was confused about the deposit the guy wanted me to agree first on the conditions & sign so he guarantee that I’ll stay then ask for deposit. Just the way he did it was dodging. Also there’s a broken bed table & the bathroom hanger which I’m worried that they’d deduct from my deposit because of it which I’m not the one who broke them. No idea of there’s something else was broken and they will take money or not.. they made me worry about my money cuz their facial reaction was mean that’s why i still suspect them.

The location was spot on, making it super easy to get around and check out the sights. Our room was neat and came with a neat little balcony which was a nice touch. Plus, it had all the basics we needed. Definitely a solid choice if you're heading to the area.

The location was central: close to Toledo, università train station, and many restaurants and shops. We also had a very good experience with the staff who were prompt and friendly.
