The staff are excellent - friendly, helpful, professional. They gave detailed instructions and options on how to get to the hotel from the airport or train station. They arranged taxis when needed. They also provided ideas and information on the best way to visit the many attractions and sights in Naples. The location is perfect, minutes from a metro station and in the centre. The breakfast room is grand with a sumptuous buffet.
