The lady from the reception is very helpful. The view from our room was amazing.The location is perfect,near the port,metro,bus station.

It's a nice room at a great location. The room was clean and the balcony was very big. I really enjoyed the time in this property.

Excellent location to the port and a short walk to the old part of Naples. Breakfast was a local cafe voucher which is quite usual Italian stays. Good coffee and pastries. We were upgraded to a larger Room and the view over the port and volcano were outstanding.

Easy to find, good location if getting the ferry. Bed is super comfortable and room was immaculate. Made my birthday special with some extra touches. Staff were very friendly and helped us organise a taxi the next day. We loved the balcony.
