Amazing stay! The location is perfect — very central and convenient for exploring everything on foot, yet still quiet and comfortable. The place was spotless: everything was sparkling clean, beautifully maintained, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, and Ida was especially outstanding. She went above and beyond to help us with an issue we had with our booking, and her support made a huge difference. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Highly recommended — we would gladly stay here again!

Perfect location in the historic centre. Walking distance to train station. Clear and detailed instructions on how to access the building and self check in. As a female solo traveller I felt very safe. Very clean and comfortable room, very quiet, could not hear any street noise at all considering it is right in the heart of the bustling Spaccanapoli area. Coffee pod machine was a bonus. I would highly recommend BB Casamatta and would not hesitate to stay again.

We liked the location of this property as well as the room itself. I would definetly recommend it! The host was very helpful with anything we needed. We appreciated the possibility to have had an early breakfast when we checked out early!

We stayed in Naples for one night and wanted accommodation in the city centre. The self check-in was swift and easy, with clear instructions sent via WhatsApp by the owner. There are quite a few stairs, but we were already aware of this from other reviews. The B&B was clean and very centrally located. The beds were comfortable, and the room was equipped with the basic necessities. For breakfast, we were served fresh croissants and cake. I chose the granola, which was good. That said, a wider selection—such as fresh fruit and possibly toast—would have been appreciated. I had informed the owner twice that I am lactose-free; they kindly provided rice milk, which was great, but the yogurt served with the granola was not lactose-free, which was a bit disappointing.
